⤷ inform me about deadlines you may have! I will see if they will fit in my schedule. For shorter deadlines, a rush fee may be charged.⤷ If you are to violate my TOS, I reserve the right to revoke design permissions, as well as permission to use my art/assets and blacklist you in the future.⤷ My art and/or designs are not allowed to be used for merchandising, crypto/NFT/blockchain-related endeavors, or for hate speech or hateful work targeting a certain demographic.⤷ You must always link back to or credit me when using my work.⤷ Errors made in illustration work, as well as minor details, may be adjusted without an additional fee. Major changes may cost more.⤷ if a refund is requested while the service has provably been worked on, a partial refund based on the completion of the work may be provided up until it is most of the way completed.

⤷ Regifting my designs is always OK, unless attached to a character of mine, or otherwise specified.
⤷ You may NOT resell designs you have received from me for free, or in a trade, unless there has been additional art commissioned to increase value, or you have significantly redesigned the character.⤷ Designs cannot be resold for more than the worth of the original design, or the additional assets (if received in trade/gift).⤷ designs cannot be used in merchandise without being discussed with me directly⤷ redesigning is ok

⤷ additional toggles, expressions, outfits, and hairstyles may cost an additional fee depending on request⤷ complicated designs may cost more due to more time consuming work⤷ there is a 25% design fee if I have to design the character for you⤷ commercial rights are included, but merchandising rights must be discussed separately⤷ Bare base (no nudity) can be requested⤷ if you are having your model rigged by someone other than my partnered rigger, please give your rigger my contact information so splitting can be altered to their preferences
